The 2025 Welcome Reception will be held in the exhibition area on Tuesday afternoon.

Networking Hour - Wednesday

Casual drinks and finger food will be provided at the close of the conference sessions.

conference dinner - thursday

Prepare to be amazed by dramatic 20-foot limestone formations and uninterrupted views over the East MacDonnell Ranges. The 2025 dinner will be held at the Outback Quarry, the perfect backdrop for a dinner under the desert night sky.

Coach transfers will be provided for the Crown Plaza / Convenmtion Centre from 6.00pm.

Dinner will be held from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, return transfers will be provided from 9.30pm.
